I have a GB10, bought it used about three weeks ago.  It has some missing (chipped) Epoxy/glue where the neck meets the body on the back side.

Is there some way to add more epoxy or glue that wont damage the guitar?

What type should I use?

or dont mess with it  Grin

thank you

Do you have a picture of the damage you can post? Filling the chip is relatively easy but getting it to match the original finish is the hard part. I can give you better advise if I can see what you are up against.

Here is a close up photo as you can see the left side has a chip.  Not really a structural thing I just want to seal and protect the wood.

You may think it strange but the best thing I've found to drop fill chips on Ibanez Urethane finishes is plain old Super Glue. Don't use the gel or other fancy versions. Clean the area first with acetone or lacquer thinner to remove any wax. Try the cleaner on a small area first to make sure it doesn't react with the finish but I imagine the GB-10s have the same finish as the Artists, Musicians,AS models etc. and acetone has no effect on them. After it dries you can leave as is or sand it level with 1000 then 2000 grit sandpaper and buff it out. For a really good blend bevel the edges of the chip with a single edge razor blade or exacto knife so there aren't abrupt edges.
