Ibanez 2355 ES 175 copy on Craigslist

I saw this ES 175 copy on Dallas (TX) craigslist. The guy says it's a "dead on" copy but the headstock is in Ibanez style.

Vintage Ibanez ES-175 Lawsuit Era - $1500
Vintage Ibanez model 2355. This is a dead on ES 175 Gibson copy dated April 1977. This guitar is 9 out 10 and comes with original Ibanez Super 70 pickups. Tuners upgraded to Schallers.

Missing pickguard and bracket, wrong potmeter knobs (should be witch hats).
Schallers are technically very good, but for the die hard collector that doesn't count.
The rest looks fine.
Lawsuit "era", not lawsuit "model", but who cares?
The wood and finish look very good.
A discount for the missing parts would be reasonable.
The original pickguard bracket is an special one, not a cheapo.
