Hi,
This one seems fine :
Ebay Item Number #330283062422
but i feel the bridge looks strange. I was thinking GB10s all have wooden bridges only. Has somebody already seen one like that ? Perhaps the new ones are made this way ??
Regards

If I remember it right, (some) Ibanez jazz guitars have come with two bridges, all wooden and this kind of tune-o-matic with wooden base.

Thx Juha. So you have the choice to put any of them ? Do you think it makes a big difference in sound ??

I guess the difference is not big but many purists will disagree  Wink

With tune-o-matic you have better intonation adjustment capability.

i've been going over this issue with my 2635.  I have finally decided to go with the tune-o-matic so that I can experiment with different jazz strings (wound or unwound G).

<<< Do you think it makes a big difference in sound ?? >>>

Yes and No...

Depends on the guitar.

It can be subtle or strikingly different.

Even the same guitar, side by side will have either the wood bridge or tunamatic sound better.

I always change out the bridges to see if the sound improves or degrades, and from my experience...you cannot predict it.

You have to actually do the change and play it.

On my FA100NT I did not like the sound of the wood bridge.  So switched to a Tunamatic...sounded better.   Then switched again to a Gotoh Tunamatic with Nylon saddles....and that gave me the best sound.

Juha is right about the purists...but since none of us are...LOL...do what makes you happy, soundwise.

Thx for this advice. I think i'll keep the TOM for sometimes, it's nice to have the intonation set very precisely...!
About the sound, i'll see later. Btw, does someone know here how i could manage to change my fingers ?
