Hidden risks of PayPal - known only in Holland

High shipping rates can't be very good for Holland's export.

Luckily we have got two new members from Holland to advice us who have no kings.

Didn't I tell about a rich European sniper. Rather a rich second cousin than a real family member.

I have learned long ago that it is better not to tell on ICW about a vintage Ibanez for sale in Europe if you want to get a good deal as a buyer (= for a reasonable price). Some ICW members (or lurkers?) seem to have a lot of money to spend.

Why would a guitar seller be afraid of PayPal's possible payment reserve? Did this Dutch seller (Eric de Vos Audiovisuals) hide some flaws? This is what I suspected after his email and I gave up. I was ready to pay a little more than my first offer was.

Did I hurt your feelings?

No, I am not sorry if I did. This was none of your business.

I guess it is no use to reply to a demented geriatric who uses vulgar language.

Thats too funny BC....I just watched that movie last night for the first time in years.....I am kinda concerned about Juha calling dave a "demented geriatric". Im about the same age....Im not ready for being referred to in those terms just yet. My youngest son was kind enough to tell me the other night that next year I can sign up for AARP. Christ. Im going to the upper office and turning the amp up to 11 now...Id trash the office too, but my arthritic elbow is acting up... Grin Grin Grin
