Ebay Item #170095418004

Maybe it will go up in the next 2 hrs, but it seems very low for an MC900DS with cosmetic issues. Could it be how the input jack looks?

Or, is it a deeper issue? Am I overvaluing these active Musician basses in my mind? Are they really just $500 guitars?

Chuckee:

I'd have to guess that it was the input jack damage that scared higher bids off. Trying to gloss over obvious damage is a good way to rouse suspicion...even ifit isn't warranted.

If the wood around the jack isn't compromised, I'd say the winner got a great deal. I would have thought it to be in the $750+ range.

Right John, that's where it belongs:

$785.- list price in 1980. The AR400 was $10.- cheaper then.

$416.- is really a bargain.

Wish I'd seen it! It looks fixable to me.

RATZ!
